Alexa brings her 8+ years of experience in the nonprofit sector, previously serving as the Director of Operations at Philly Friendship Circle, community-based nonprofit creating inclusive programming for youth with and without disabilities.

She founded Alexa Rae Designs, where she works as a consultant to a variety of mission driven organizations – helping to further their impact through creative storytelling, compelling design, and thoughtful strategy. This has allowed her to contribute to a variety of missions that are close to her heart, such as global health, human rights, disability inclusion, deinstitutionalization, and many more.

Alexa holds a BA in Anthropology/Sociology from Western Connecticut State University, with minors in Psychology and Conflict Resolution.
